Sit still
Get grounded
Watch the thoughts
Accept the thoughts
Quiet now

What will I wear tomorrow?
Black pants - check, blue shirt- check, socks, hrmm,
Oh crap-
Did I put the dryer on?

Focus.  Breathe.
In          Out          In          Out            In             Out

Toilet paper, I need to stop and get toilet paper.
Bananas, broccoli, cheese, coffee cream
Cat food, don't forget the cat food.

Double crap, too much thinking!

Focus

Be with the thoughts
Observe the thoughts
Don't judge the thoughts
Go away thoughts!
How much longer?

Breathing, focus on the breathing.
In           Out          In          Out          In           Out

Times up!
Finally
I can relax.
